Not sure which to pick? Our unarmed certification is the required starting point for all guards in Texas. Armed certification builds on that foundation.
Enroll & Pay Securely

Complete Your Training
Attend your scheduled in-person training sessions led by Texas DPS-certified instructors with real law enforcement and military backgrounds. Courses cover Texas law, use of force, defensive tactics, and — for armed programs — live-fire qualification.
Training is conducted at our Muleshoe, TX facility. You'll receive your schedule and location details in your enrollment confirmation.
Receive Your Credential
Upon successful completion, your state-approved certificate is issued and your shareable digital credential is available immediately in your learner dashboard. Employers can verify your credential instantly at eagleshieldsecurity.org/verify.
Your credential includes a unique ID, program name, completion date, and state approval number — everything an employer needs to confirm your certification.
